Control Box Of Anti Collision System For Tower Crane Connection Port Cable

Description

The system provides the operator with real-time working states of tower crane as follows 10 inch sized LCD (7 inch optional):Trolley position, Rated load,actual load, Load moment, Load moment percentage, Slewing angle, hook height,wind speed, Jib angle for luffing tower crane.

When the lifting weight reaches the rated load 90% , it will show yellow pre-alarm and reduce the speed; if 100%, it will show red alarm; if 105%, it will stop the trolley from moving outward and the hook from lifting upward automatically((User can set as any value, but no more than 120%).

When the tower cranes movement are close to each other or the protection zone within the safety distance setting. System can promptly send out alarm reminders and cut off the operation in the corresponding direction to avoid the occurrence of danger.

The system can save the working records of the tower crane for safety tracking and verification.

Installation of control box

To be installed in operator’s cab, there are 4 open holes on base of control cabinet. The users can deal with the installation and fixation by themselves.
